This includes folding chairs (frames and fabrics must be free of scratches, stains, or damage), storage boxes (no cracks, tears, or signs of use), and egg roll tables (tabletops and frames must be undamaged and free of wear). Products that have been used, assembled (beyond minimal inspection), modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
Certain products are excluded from our return and exchange policy. Custom or personalized items, including any products modified to meet specific customer requests, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, clearance or final sale items (marked as such on the product page) are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged during transit. Defective products are defined as items that have manufacturing flaws, broken parts, or fail to function as described, not including damage caused by improper use, assembly, or handling.
